This collab with California’s Temescal Brewing is a Session IPA with loads of spelt malt to really create an extra fuffly mouthfeel. Iy has been fermented with Sacch Trois yeast to drive big tropical fruit esters. Then it’s accentuated with heavy handed hopping with Citra and Bru 1 to double down on the pineapple and mango characteristics and complimented by grapefruit notes from the use of Chinook.
